WHO WAS ANAXIMANDER

ANAXIMANDER of Miletus . A (BC) philosopher, was a up to date of THALES and he was the primary Cosmologist . He plan to explain origin and therefore the universe. Anaximander was quite productive philosopher as he made maps of the known world offered explanations for the origin of the Sun , Moon and Stars, and he even performed simple experiments like marking the solstices and equinoxes on sundials.

Earth Floats within the Center of the Infinite

Anaximander said there's nothing supports Earts . He said that the world floats within the center of infinity "held in position because it's an equal distance from all the opposite parts of the universe".

Without his discovery , Aristarchus and Copernicus would never made the further intellectual leap needed to mention that the world orbits the sun.

How is that the Universe Put Together?

Anaximander that the universe had grown from a seed . That substance called Aperion .

He said that aperion couldn't be created bor destroyed . He said what we sense is all from the Aperion.

Anaximander have also put the sun , moon , star and earth in correct arrangement . He took the references from thales of miletus. 

What Does the World Look Like?

Anaximander agreed to Thales . concept the world may be a rather deep disk. We sleep in one side of the earth's disk. We might not know what exist on the opposite side . He believes that the depth of our disk earth was 3 times a width. Anaximander died in (546 BC).
