  Who Was Cicero? Marcus Tullius Cicero , is statesman ,scholar and a writer (106 - 43BCE). Cicero was born in a healthy family and he educated in Rome and greece and he did military service in 89 under the pompius kingdom working as orator mainly then he was also showed upon  Quinctius in 81 he was the   famous person for defending public and later he started an office in western sicily in 75.
